Let go off the confusion, the viscious cycle of fear,

Let go off the flesh which agitates the mind,
Let go off the heart which torments the soul,

Let go off that something which leads to nothing,
Let go off the numbness which wipes away the precious,

Let go off the material which ruins the eternal,
Let go off the meaningless, the vagueness, the illusion,
Let go off the pointless, the wretchedness, the coward
